Professional Background Summary / Teaching Intent Statement: I began my professional journey as a Junior Lecturer in Chemistry, teaching +2 level students from 2002 to 2004. This foundational experience not only strengthened my subject knowledge but also sparked a lifelong passion for teaching. In 2004, I transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, where I have been working in the Research and Development (R&D) department ever since. Over the years, I have gained extensive hands-on experience in drug development, analytical chemistry, and formulation processes, which has deepened my understanding of applied chemistry in real-world contexts. Despite my full-time role in R&D, my enthusiasm for teaching has remained strong. I am now seeking opportunities to share my knowledge and experience with BTech first-year students during my leisure hours. My goal is to blend academic concepts with industrial applications to provide students with a more practical and engaging learning experience in chemistry.
