MANAGERIAL ABILITIES
â?¢ QA Management experience across multiple projects, off-shore and in-house.
â?¢ Ability to build, implement and direct quality assurance principles and maintain quality of delivery.
â?¢ Experience managing testing departments or a testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processes
â?¢ An understanding & appreciation of the full development life cycle & how testing relates to it.
â?¢ Can translate business processes into clear and comprehensive test scenarios.
