Surender L - Faculty Experience in 5 Years

I am a teacher and trainer with around 5 years of teaching and training experience. I teach students from Class I to V across all subjects and also provide training in Data Science. I enjoy working with learners at different levels and helping them understand concepts in a simple, structured, and practical manner.

I have completed a Master of Engineering (M.E.) / Master of Technology (M.Tech.), which has provided me with a strong technical foundation. My postgraduate education supports my work in Data Science and allows me to approach technical concepts with an analytical and structured perspective. Alongside my technical background, my teaching experience has helped me develop effective ways of communicating concepts to students.

Over the years, I have worked with learners with different levels of understanding and academic requirements. I enjoy teaching and supporting students as they work towards their academic goals. I believe that a good learning environment should make students comfortable enough to ask questions and clarify doubts without hesitation.

I follow a well-structured lesson plan for each class and focus on interactive learning. I first consider the student's existing knowledge and learning level before planning the lesson. I then explain concepts step by step and use practical examples to make difficult topics easier to understand.

I encourage students to actively participate in the sessions and ask questions whenever they need clarification. I also adapt my teaching approach according to the student's pace and requirements. Regular interaction helps me identify areas where the student may need additional explanation or practice, allowing me to provide more personalised guidance.

I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to support my lessons. These tools help me organise information clearly and provide visual explanations where appropriate. For Data Science training, I aim to connect concepts with practical applications, while for younger students I focus on simple explanations and examples suited to their academic level.

My goal is to make learning clear, practical, and engaging for every student. Whether I am supporting a primary school student across different subjects or helping a learner develop technical knowledge in Data Science, I aim to provide structured guidance, encourage curiosity, and help students progress with confidence.
