Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with core mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Db2, IMS, CICS, MQ Series, and REXX. I have been involved in various types of projects spanning development, maintenance, enhancement, and production support.

As part of my professional responsibilities, I have trained and mentored numerous associates, helping them build strong technical foundations and practical expertise in mainframe technologies.

My training approach includes both comprehensive theoretical sessions and hands-on practical exercises to ensure real-time understanding and industry readiness.

For freshers who are new to Mainframe technology, I recommend dedicating a minimum of 2 months to thoroughly learn and practice the various core concepts.
