I work as a personal fitness trainer and focus on helping individuals improve their overall health, strength, and fitness levels. Fitness has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy guiding people toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. My aim is to help students build sustainable habits that support long-term physical and mental well-being.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and have also completed an Advanced Personal Trainer certification from Gold's Gym. This certification has provided me with professional knowledge about fitness techniques, body conditioning, and safe workout practices. It has helped me develop the skills needed to train people effectively while ensuring proper form and injury prevention.

I have more than 10 years of experience in personal fitness training. During this time, I have worked with a wide range of individuals with different fitness goals and physical abilities. My experience has helped me understand that every person’s fitness journey is unique, and training programs should be designed accordingly.

Over the years, I have trained thousands of people and helped them achieve their personal fitness goals. My training areas include strength training, weight management, bodybuilding, and cardio workouts. I focus on building balanced routines that improve endurance, strength, and overall body fitness.

I believe that consistency, discipline, and the right guidance are the key factors in achieving fitness goals. I work closely with my clients to ensure that they stay motivated and follow workout routines that suit their fitness levels and lifestyle.
