At present I’m persuing PhD in Insect Neurobiology. I did my schooling & college in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya-Banavasi (Kurnool Dist. AP) . Then I joined in IMSc Systems Biology programme offered by University of Hyderabad in 2010. I completed my integrated master’s programme in 2015 and immediately joined PhD in Neuroscience.

While pursuing my Master’s, I was also selected for INSA (Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi)-IAS (Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore)-NAS (National Academy of Sciences, Allahabad) summer project in 2013. I worked on SLCMV under Prof. K. Veluthambi in Madhurai Kamaraj University (MKU), TN.

I did my MSc final year project on Yeast nuclear genomics under Prof. Krishnaveni Mishra in the department of Biochemistry, UOH.

Presently, I am working on insect visual system as my PhD project in CNCS, UOH.

I have also cleared CSIR-NET and ICMR-JRF in 2015.
My hobbies are bird watching, and painting. Recently, I have also started learning violin.
