I have four good years of experience in the relevant field of my teaching. My MBA Certification is from Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada, wherein I stood as the topper of my batch. I worked as a Core HR Manager for quite some time and now have taken up content-writing as a hobby. My teaching goal is to facilitate the students' learning to whatever they have been taught in the classroom. I can give individual attention and practical exposure to the requirement of every student. I teach students in detail as per their syllabus. As such, being sensitive to the students' need helps me to be an effective tutor. While teaching, I break down the concepts into easy-to-learn stuff. I make it a rule to be always available to help if my students' have questions. Thus, it's my teaching strategy that allows me to communicate with my students effectively. I attempt to engage students interactively in my teaching. I believe in making students think rather than memorise. I believe that students should be well-equipped not only for taking the tests but also for making use of their knowledge in their future career. I am genuinely committed to excellence in teaching by making improvements based on student feedback. When I teach, I am more interested in transforming the way students think rather than to provide them with basic course information. Finally, I take my association with the students as an opportunity to work with the younger ones and make a difference in their lives.
