Apart from studies in Graphic design in college, my passion for sports was to learn Taekwondo and Karate; I achieved both under known instructors and participated in schools, districts and South Asian Games, where I won the silver medal. I completed both Dan-1 at a young age. I have participated in many events and stages. I got many awards and certificates. My skills are training, teaching self-defence, proper body exercise, warm-up, cardio and weight lifting. Still, I am interested in learning new self-defence sports under the guidance of a trainer. I want to be associated with gyms, schools and health centres and also personal training for young adults of both sex at their homes or via virtual media. I had experience working in a gym where my activities would include gym maintenance, enrollments of gym learners, quality of gym, equipment arrangement, neatness, counselling of joiners, timings, coordination with gym owner, and collecting the monthly or yearly fees in consultation with the gym owner, and also giving personal training for new learners as per their age and health condition with consultation with the gym owner.
