Sindu M.

Dr. Sindu Menda currently serves as an assistant professor at the school of management and commerce studies. She has a Ph.D. from Andhra University as well as MBA, M.HRM, M.COM, and other credentials. She has eight years of teaching and research experience and has mentored more than 40 MBA students. She has 13 publications that have been published in different national and international journals. She has two patents to her credit in addition to 1 IEEE conference paper and one book chapter. Furthermore, she has lifetime memberships in the professional associations WLA, ARC, HMA, and IAENG. Her primary research interests are in the fields of human resources and finance. She has held a variety of positions in her teaching career, including those in academics and administration. She has good training skills in addition to her managerial abilities.
