When I was in 10th grade, I was assigned to manage a group of three classmates who were slow learners. My role was to keep them on track by personally tutoring them during my free time, and I was strictly instructed to ensure their grades improved by the next exam. This was my first opportunity to explore different perspectives and teaching methods required for students to better understand concepts. Ultimately, my friends and I passed with excellent scores.
