I am a certified fitness trainer from Prehab121 Institute, specialized in rehabilitation and corrective exercise. I believe every body deserves care, movement, and strength.

I work with clients recovering from injuries, weakness, or mobility issues — helping them rebuild confidence through safe and effective training. From pain to progress, my goal is to make every session a step toward stronger, pain-free movement.

With experience in both online and in-person personal training, I’ve guided clients of all fitness levels, including those with medical and postural conditions. One of my proudest achievements is helping a client with neck pain and bone weakness regain full mobility and strength — now living pain-free with improved joint health.
