I have total 12 years of experience. Seven years in the industry, five years in education. I did my B.Tech from REC Kurukshetra and M.Tech from IIT KGP. With Integrated circuits and systems engineering as specialisation. I worked for seven years as a research engineer for SCL (ISRO), Mohali, Punjab, in the field of microelectronics. While I was working there, I was responsible for developing CCD and CMOS processes for various applications. I taped out five test chips containing various test structures to evaluate VLSI processes. And also extracted device models for all the CMOS processes. I have a passion for semiconductor device modelling. I have also published seven international research papers in this field.
Besides this Silicon and VLSI, I have an unbroken passion for Physics and mathematics from my child hood.
I have two and half years of experience in teaching physics, chemistry and maths to VIII - X class with CBSE and ICSE syllabus.
I also have two and a half experience as Asst. Prof in engineering college, I have taught various subjects in ECE such as, 1. BEEE 2. Analog Electronics 3. STLD 4. Analog communications 5. Signals and systems 6. DDVHDL 7. VLSI design 8. Radar systems 9. Mechtronics and various labs.
Now I am keen to take tuitions for Physics high school and inter level and BEEE tuition class for all branches of B.Tech at my residence.
