(I) ai-computer-aided drug design (ai-cadd): computation of quantum chemical, fingerprint (maccs), and physicochemical descriptors using python programming and machine learning models (et, gb, lr, rf, svm, etc.) generation in rdkit&sklearn, preparing python codes for various other computational calculations, etc. Skillful in executing drug discovery approaches (molecular dynamics, quantum mechanics, pharmacophore mapping, qsar, molecular docking, virtual screening, homology modeling, etc.) using different molecular modeling software packages (amber, gaussian, maestro (schrodinger), gromacs, discovery studio, spartan, autodock, stardrop, metasite, material studio, vmd, gold, catalyst, moe, sybyl, etc.) for the identification of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics (dmpk/admet) profiles of query molecules.
(ii) sophisticated analytical instruments: hands-on exposure to various sophisticated analytical instruments like nuclear magnetic resonance (nmr) spectrophotometer, high-performance liquid chromatography (hplc), flash chromatography, infrared (ir) spectrophotometer, ultraviolet-visible (uv-vis) spectrophotometer, etc.
(iii) synthesis and bio-screening: experienced in carrying out organic synthetic reactions, skillful hands in the multistep synthesis of drug-like small organic molecules, process development, and its screening.
