During the doctoral studies in ANU, Guntur I learned how to develop a method for estimation of drugs in dosage forms and plasma samples through different techniques like HPLC, UV, GC, UPLC. I acquired sound knowledge working with design expert and sigmatech software for assessing risk, design of experiments, and MODR development. I am also well versed in review of literature, article framing, protocol writing, statistical technique implementation.
During my post-graduation I Discovered novel chemical entities (hydrazones and benzoyl hydrazones) that can antagonize the enoyl reductase enzyme of mycobacterium tuberculosis. The antioxidant activity was tested by DPPH and NO assay to establish strong relation to mechanism of action. Conducted and attended many workshops and seminars.
As an Assistant professor, I taught, supervised and motivated students of B. Pharm and M. Pharm. I worked as training and placement cell officer and helped students be placed in different MNC's. Played a prominent role in PCI, AICTE, ISO, Ethical committee inspections and approvals. Guided 5 M. Pharm, and many B. Pharm students at three different universities.
