Kannan Vanisree

I teach B.Tech and M.Tech students in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), covering all core ECE subjects in depth. My teaching focuses strongly on building fundamentals and ensuring practical understanding, even for subjects that students usually find highly conceptual or challenging. I believe that once the basics are clear, students naturally gain confidence in handling advanced topics.

I hold a Master of Engineering / Master of Technology (M.E./M.Tech.) and have over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education. Over the years, I have consistently guided students to improve their academic performance while also helping them develop a deeper conceptual understanding of ECE subjects.

My teaching journey has been marked by positive feedback and strong results from students. Many learners who initially struggled with concepts have shown significant improvement through my structured explanations, exam-oriented guidance, and continuous academic support. I focus on simplifying complex topics and breaking them down into easy, logical steps.

In addition to teaching, I have an active research background. I was awarded Best Performer in Women’s Research in recognition of my academic and research contributions. I have published more than 40 research papers in reputed journals and conferences, which keeps me closely connected to advancements in the field.

I have also conducted and participated in several workshops and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). These experiences have helped me continuously refine my teaching methods and stay updated with both academic and industry-oriented developments in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

I conduct both online and offline classes, depending on student requirements. I follow a well-structured lesson plan with interactive teaching, focusing on strong fundamentals, practical applications, and exam preparation. My sessions include regular problem-solving, detailed explanations, and focused doubt-clearing to ensure clarity.

To make learning more effective, I use PPTs along with whiteboard teaching, allowing students to visualize concepts clearly while also practicing numerical and theoretical problems. I also provide supporting study materials and guidance to help students revise efficiently and perform confidently in their examinations.
