Experience in School or College
I believe that every learner is bestowed with the utmost potential. I would like to say that my overall experience was the best, though there were a few days of challenges. At the time of challenges, I implemented my critical thinking and used problem-solving strategies to cope. During my course of work, I could help the slow learners achieve their goals by using various teaching methods, like mind mapping, the inductive method, the deductive method, and the heuristic method. I was also available for the students anytime they needed professional help.

Teaching Experience in detail in BSc Tuition
It has been a great journey all over. I am happy to say that it was a great experience mentoring students. Each student/learner is made different; their learning speed and grasping powers are different, and that's what makes mentoring challenging. At times, I could find myself showing students things practically for better understanding. Sometimes, as their tutor, I had to upgrade my knowledge and use various methods of effective lecturing. Many times, I had come across situations where I had to motivate and encourage students, especially those who were preparing for national-level competitive exams. Sometimes, students are required to prepare for a seminar [in colleges], and I've been guiding them at that stage too. Finally, I had to deal with a few practicals that demanded an accurate explanation for the principle or mechanism. I also found myself sorting out the best method that could be implemented to get accurate results for a particular practical. Overall, as a tutor, I learnt that one needs to have a "never quit" attitude to mentor students in the technologically advancing world. We need to inculcate a scientific temper and polish our problem-solving abilities to create a difference. As mentors, we also need to be passionate about learning more and updating our knowledge over time to excel in this field. Thank you
