I train students in a range of technical and professional skills, including PEGA, Tableau, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, and SAP. Over the past 15 years, I have mentored learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them build strong foundations and advance their careers. My approach focuses on practical, real-world applications, ensuring that students are well-prepared for professional challenges.
I hold a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree, and in addition, I have completed multiple certifications and specialized training programs in the subjects I teach. These certifications allow me to stay up-to-date with industry trends and deliver current, application-oriented knowledge that students can directly apply in their work or academic projects.
I have over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on PEGA PRPC, where I have accumulated 9 years of hands-on experience. For the last 4 years, I have been actively involved in teaching PEGA PRPC, guiding students and working professionals through foundational and advanced concepts. My industry experience allows me to combine theory with practical insights, making learning effective and relevant.
Currently, I provide training on PEGA version 8.1, covering real-time scenarios, project-based learning, and industry best practices. By integrating hands-on exercises and case studies into my sessions, I ensure that students not only understand the concepts but also gain confidence in applying them in real-world situations.
I conduct both online and offline classes, following a structured and practical-based approach. Each session includes interactive discussions, live problem-solving, and clear lesson plans, allowing students to progressively build skills. I make extensive use of PPT presentations and whiteboards to illustrate complex topics and facilitate understanding.
To support learning beyond live sessions, I provide 55 recorded video sessions along with notes, assignments, and reference materials. These resources allow students to reinforce concepts, practice independently, and track their progress, ensuring a thorough and practical grasp of the subject.
