Explaining the lessons and testing his understanding. Identifying the difficult words that they cannot spell and asking them to practice along with the explanation part. Will make sure the student understood the topics or paragraphs or problems, else will re explain as many times as necessary, untill a topic is done and then will move to next. This way they will not feel something is left behind. Explanation will be done by real time examples, if necessary 1or 2 sessions will be conducted in open space. To make them write neatly, if necessary olden method will be followed like holding their hand while writing and pointing the index finger to focus where they are reading ...... Strict yet fun (not all the time), no compromise with the home work given by me and the school,tests will be conducted (daily or weekly, depends on the individuals) lots n lots of learning, revisions and practice. Finally preparing for the exams. Skills thought by me : Discipline, hand writing, learning, reading, vocabulary, diction. No pampering from my end. PS: There should be no delay in the pay, as I am delivering my time prior. At the end of the day every one needs money. So if we are visiting ur house, it doesn't mean that tutor will accept attitude, rudeness, unnecessary involvement (suggestions can be taken for sure) in the way that we teach (as we know we are best at it), we are not obliged for helping us so please don't be a superior.
