I pursued mba in 2006 with finance as major. Started career in an MNC in international trade. I started with document examination for documentary credits. Then started doing document examination for export documentary credits.
I moved to another organisation and handled various trade finance products like lc issuance, lc advising, transfer lc issuance, transfer payments, payments under lc, document examination, sending refusals and tracers, financing under lcs, loan setup, liquidation, steamship guarantees and air releases issuance and redemption, guarantees issuance and counter guarantee issuance, invoice financing, packing loans, discounting, reimbursements, etc.
Also handled open accounts and was a part of sanctions screening team for all trade products within the organisation.
Was also a part of internal audit team, where we would audit several transactions released within trade finance department and give feedback about errors made or any gaps which were not identified.
