In my 20+ years of experience in teaching, I have understood that 'T-education' is best suited in mentoring. Teaching chemistry requires covering the 'BREADTH' of the subject in all Physical, Inorganic and Organic chemistry as well as providing the necessary 'DEPTH' in a given topic so that a student can tackle complex problems. I prefer explaining the core concepts in chemistry using illustrative examples which can be observed in day-to-day life without losing the mathematical rigor, which is very essential when it comes to preparing for competitive exams. When it comes to certain topics of inorganic and organic chemistry there is a huge amount of information a student needs to memorize, I use catchy mnemonics to make it easy to memorize rather than just them make them byheart it. I take immense pride in many of my students ending up in top IITs and NITs.
