"NNIIT promised us while taking admission and never taken care of 1.Exams would be conducted bi-monthly based on topic completion – Never happened. 2. Based on Student learning capabilities, strengths & weaknesses extra resources will be provided – Not even a single assessment test was conducted to assess student capability, Strengths & Weaknesses. 3. A Mentor from IIT/NIT's will be dedicated to support & motivate learner during all extremes of preparation – Never happened 4. Regular progress reports will serve as your milestones, letting you bask in your journey's growth and achievements – Never happened. 5. Dive into previous year's papers from across competitive exams in India, enhancing your concept application skills – Never happened. 6. A meticulously crafted test series will evaluate your conceptual understanding, offering three levels of questions designed by the brilliance of AI – Never happened. When we started asking for the above, they started ignoring our calls. Kalyan Jatla, Operations Team, Info Team, Student excellence Team - nobody is answering my calls. I told them to refund my money - for that also they are not ready. Now, I am documenting everything to proceed for a legal case. "

"Please don't trust nniit, they will pay attention untill you pay the fee. After that nobody (kalyan, likitha, vaishnai etc etc) will pick your calls. And they even don't stand on their words. They did not fulfill their commitments. "

"They have cheated us taking Rs.80,000. They promised to have a premium coaching with experienced IIT GRADE teachers. But they don’t have any such assigned to our kid. They are very reluctant to refund our fee and creating lot of trouble. Not sure how and why urbanpro referred such crap institute. We lost our money and time and more importantly it’s taking toll on our child’s learning. Request the urbanpro to help with refund from this institution for Rs.80000 minus 11 classes fee. "

"My experience was very pathetic and terrible with nniit. We enrolled with nniit last month july 2024 base on various feedback posted on internet. Now I feel that these feedback were fake or planted. I wanted to post a honest review for the benefit of other parents looking for enrolling with nniit. These guys will be behind you on a daily basis before enrolment and once the enrolment is done they will not pick up your phone. I was dealing with mrs. Likitha from sales and she used to be calling me on a daily basis before enrolment. Once the enrolment was done, she never answered my calls. There is no hope from the operation managers - naresh and anil. These two will claim very supportive earlier but later will not even pick your calls. They promised many things like self learning videos etc but they have none. This reality is tasted post enrollment. Beware of nniit since you will waste your money and valuable time of your kids. They will push for a yearly package however I was bit skeptical and went for a monthly package to check them. I was lucky that I didn't fall in their marketing trap. They have very limited number of teachers and no control on them. For the monthly package, they provide 1 hour classes daily for 22 working days. They have teachers who are not punctual and mostly bunk. The operations team doesn't even care about this. The teachers will start late and will stop class before time. They are unable to compensate for the lost time and classes. I have now stopped nniit and I have asked for refunding my money after deducting for the classes really taken. However, there is no response from their side. "
