Identity
I am a Bioinformatician. I have done M.tech In Bioinformatics. I have 7 years for working experience in bioinformatics & computational biology field. I am well aware of tools and pipelines used for next gen sequencing data analysis. I also have good experience in handling Molecular Simulation, Docking and Pharmacophore modeling and QSAR. As well as i also have good knowledge and experience in immunoinformatics study.
I have experience working with a variety of programming language, including Python, R and Perl. I am also familiar with database management system, including MySQL.
Currently, I am working as a Senior Research Associate at CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology Hyderabad, India.I have also published eight publications and one mini review , related to bioinformatics and computational biology study, the three research papers are of the first author and the rest of the paper are as co-author. Currently, I am writing two book chapters which is in our pipeline and yet to be submit.
My academic curriculum provided me a good knowledge on different theoretical subjects implied in the research projects, and the capacity to integrate different disciplines of biology. In addition, working in different disciplines and with different people has permitted me to develop a keen attitude towards good team work, management, communication and great interpersonal skills to work autonomously.
