• Awarded a Research Fellowship from UGC as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) for doing research toward an advance degree (Ph.D.) (July 2012- February 2016).
• Awarded a Research Fellowship from CSIR-UGC as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for doing research toward an advance degree (Ph.D.) (July 2010- July 2012).
• Qualified Joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility of Lectureship (NET) in Dec 2009.
Research expertise
• Development of 2-oxoaldehyde based synthetic methods
• C-H activation through transition metal catalysis.
• Design and synthesis of small molecule libraries for lead identification or optimization.
• Expertise in chromatographic techniques including column chromatography, HPLC.
• NMR interpretation of novel compounds through 1D and 2D NMR, IR, ESI-MS spectra.
• Capable of both collaborative and independent research.
• Computer skills and chemistry tools such as Chem. draw, Mestrenova, Scifinder, Endnote reference manager etc.
• Little experience in molecular modelling

• Participated in two days state level seminar on “Principles and Applications of IR, NMR and Mass Spectroscopy ” held on 16th&17th Sep-2008 at Govt College for Women Begumpet, Hyderabad.
