IdentityI recently completed my Ph.d. My research work is mainly focused on the role of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty (?-3 PUFAs) acids and their 15-Lipoxygenase (15-LOX) metabolites during inflammation.
As you will see from my attached CV, over the course of my Ph.D. studies, I have become proficient in a number of techniques and approaches, including Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemical and imaging techniques. I also utilized FACS, Confocal microscopy, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, HPLC among other instruments. I worked towards the understanding of the anti-inflammatory role of 15-LOX metabolites in RAW 264.7 cells and primary peritoneal macrophages.
