-- Experience in managing teams of instructional designers, content developers and visual media developers for delivering solutions including e-learning and instructor-led courses.
-- Hands-on experience in developing and conducting training sessions for the ID team and other team members, and classroom lectures for post graduate (MBA) students.
-- Hands-on exposure to creating solutions/concepts, resource planning and assignment, time management, client management and team mentoring.
-- Extensive experience in content planning, sourcing, development and deployment (print and digital).
