I am 20 years old and I have been training in the gym for the past four years. I started my fitness journey at a young age, and over time it became more than just working out it became something I genuinely care about. Through these four years, I have built strong practical knowledge in strength training, muscle building, and fat loss.
I have experience working with beginners and helping them understand proper form, basic lifting techniques, and how to train safely without injuries. I focus a lot on correct posture, progressive overload, and structured workout plans instead of random exercises. I believe in building a strong foundation first and then gradually increasing intensity based on the client’s progress.
I understand that every body is different, so I do not follow a one-plan-for-all method. I adjust workouts depending on the person’s goal, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness improvement. Along with training, I guide clients with basic nutrition awareness to support their results.
