I am a basketball coach with over 8 years of specialized experience, training students across different age groups and skill levels. My focus goes beyond just teaching the game—I work towards developing disciplined, confident, and mentally strong individuals who can perform both on and off the court.

Before moving fully into coaching, I served in the Indian Army for 16 years. This journey has shaped my personality with strong values of discipline, leadership, integrity, and responsibility. I bring these core principles into my coaching approach, ensuring that my students grow not only as athletes but also as individuals with strong character.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and I am an NS–NIS certified basketball coach. My professional training, combined with my practical experience, allows me to design structured and effective coaching programs for players at both beginner and competitive levels.

Over the years, I have worked extensively with players from grassroots to advanced levels. My coaching sessions are well-structured and result-oriented, focusing on skill development, physical conditioning, and game-based practice. I ensure that every session contributes to the overall growth and performance of the player.

My core expertise includes developing players from fundamentals to advanced techniques, improving physical fitness and conditioning, match preparation, and game analysis. I also focus on team strategy and tactical planning, helping players understand the game at a deeper level.

A key part of my coaching is building discipline, mental toughness, and leadership qualities. I strongly believe that sports play a major role in shaping personality, and I continuously encourage my students to develop resilience, teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-belief.

My coaching philosophy blends the discipline of the Indian Army with structured and scientific sports training. I aim to build technically sound players while also instilling confidence and a strong mindset, enabling them to handle pressure and perform consistently.

I conduct offline coaching sessions where I work closely with players on the court. My vision is to contribute to long-term athlete development by nurturing individuals who respect the game, perform with confidence, and grow into responsible and successful individuals in all aspects of life.
