Fitness Training Experience
I have been actively involved in fitness and physical training for several years, with my experience primarily coming from my journey as a professional wrestler. Wrestling has given me extensive practical experience in strength training, conditioning, endurance, mobility, flexibility, bodyweight exercises, and athletic performance.
Through professional wrestling, I have developed strong knowledge of maintaining physical fitness, building strength, improving stamina, managing body weight, and following disciplined training routines. I have personally experienced the consistency, hard work, and dedication required to achieve and maintain a strong and healthy physique.

I enjoy helping people improve their fitness and develop better training habits. I focus on proper exercise technique, progressive training, consistency, and adapting workouts according to an individual’s fitness level and goals.

I can help clients with general fitness, strength development, muscle building, fat-loss training, conditioning, stamina, mobility, and overall physical fitness.

My experience as a professional wrestler has taught me that fitness is not only about appearance—it is about strength, discipline, endurance, confidence, and mental toughness. I aim to bring this mindset into every training session and help my clients achieve sustainable results.
