It is good that you have a clear goal for your future. To become an Automobile Engineer, you need to pursue B.Tech course in mechanical engineering. Then go for masters in the respective domain.
When it comes to colleges the order you can prefer:
1) IIT
2) NIT
3) BITS
4) State Universities
5) Reputed private colleges.
More than a college, your hard work while pursuing a course will fulfil your dream.
