Kiran Kumar Reddy Pilla

I am a Research Scientist in Molecular Reproduction and Cell Biology with over 2 years of experience at the DBT–National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), India. My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms that maintain germ cell integrity and ovarian reserve, with specific interest in oxidative stress, DNA repair, and post-translational modifications (PTMs) like phosphorylation and ubiquitination. I have extensive hands-on experience with molecular techniques (Western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, qPCR, ELISA, 1H-NMR, LC-MS Orbitrap) and in vivo models (mouse and goat), and I’ve co-authored several high-impact publications in journals such as Free Radical Biology & Medicine, Aging Cell, and Journal of Cellular Physiology. I worked as a teaching assistant for microbiology majors in elective course of my college during academic year 2019-2020. the feedback from them helped me about the main part of my teaching is that good research exposure and experimental explanation.
