I teach IBM AS400 technologies and have 4 years of teaching and professional experience in this field. My focus is on helping students and working professionals understand IBM AS400 concepts through practical, industry-oriented training. I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and MBA, which have provided me with both technical knowledge and practical business understanding. My educational background helps me deliver training that combines programming concepts with real-world industry applications, enabling students to understand not only the technical side but also the business relevance of IBM AS400 systems.

I am an experienced IBM AS400 (IBM i) developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience working in enterprise environments. During my professional journey, I have worked extensively on Smart400 applications, focusing on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting business-critical systems. This industry exposure allows me to provide learners with practical insights into how AS400 technologies are used in real-world projects.

My core expertise includes RPG/CL programming, job scheduling, and production support. I have also worked with tools such as Control-M for job scheduling and monitoring, along with Bitbucket Cloud for version control and code management. In addition to AS400 technologies, I have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs, which helps me explain integration between legacy AS400 systems and modern applications effectively.

I consider myself a detail-oriented and reliable professional who enjoys both independent work and collaborative team environments. Alongside my development experience, I have a strong interest in mentoring and training students in IBM AS400 concepts, development practices, and real-time project workflows. I believe practical exposure and hands-on learning are essential for building confidence in technical skills.

My teaching methodology is structured, practical-oriented, and tailored according to the learner’s requirements and understanding level. I begin with a clear lesson plan and explain every topic step-by-step using real-time examples and industry scenarios. My classes are interactive, encouraging students to ask questions, participate actively, and gain confidence through practical implementation rather than only theoretical learning.

Each session includes revision of previous topics, introduction of new concepts, hands-on coding practice, and doubt clarification to ensure complete understanding. I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations along with whiteboard explanations to make learning organized and engaging.
