I train students in Java Full Stack development, including J2EE technologies and DevOps practices. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and mentoring, I specialize in helping learners build strong practical skills that prepare them for real-world software development roles.

I hold a B.C.A. and an M.C.A., and over the years, I have also completed specialized training and certifications in Java Full Stack development and DevOps. These qualifications have helped me bring both foundational knowledge and updated industry practices into my training sessions.

My journey began as a part-time trainer, conducting sessions for retail colleges and corporate clients. Over time, I transitioned into roles as a corporate and freelance trainer, working with a wide range of learners and organizations. I have handled 4 to 5 real-time projects, giving students direct exposure to how Java Full Stack and DevOps work in practical environments.

I conduct sessions both online and offline, depending on the needs of my students. This flexibility allows learners to choose the mode that suits their availability and learning preference, ensuring consistent progress throughout the course.

My teaching methodology is a blend of structure and adaptability. I follow a planned curriculum but adjust the pace and depth based on each student's understanding. I use a mix of interactive discussions, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning to make sure students gain both conceptual clarity and practical expertise.

In my sessions, I use PPTs and a whiteboard to explain concepts step-by-step. Along with this, I provide course materials to support students throughout their learning journey. My goal is to mentor learners into confident developers who can apply their knowledge effectively in the industry.
