TEACHING:
--> Effectively implemented the 3E methodology in teaching to achieve positive results.
--> Ive, successfully implemented the concept of learning circle in my classroom, where students learn about different topics ranging from politics to scientific advancements all by themselves and also teach others.
--> During the summer of 2017, I was part of core team which flagged off the 1st leg of the project "Magic in the mountains�¢??, wherein I went to the Spiti valley in Himachal Pradesh to give the kids at "Munseling" school exposure to extra curriculum like drama, dance and music.
TRAINING:
--> I've also worked as a teacher trainer at "Next Education Pvt. Ltd". I've conducted extensive training sessions at schools across India, to give subject specific training to the teachers.
COMMUNICATION
--> Effective communication with parents, school staff, my colleagues, leaders of the community and different stakeholders involved was an integral part of my teaching.
LEADERSHIP
--> I have worked with different stakeholders (parents, local authorities etc.) to ensure growth of the children I have taught.
--> Part of "Magic in the Mountains", Ive interacted with the community at Rangrik and Komic (highest village in the world) for a first-hand information on the problems they were facing, ranging from sanitation to effective deployment of resources due to the harsh natural conditions of the place.
