Sridevi Jyothishalyam was founded by (late) Shri Burra Venugopal Rao garu. A humble school teacher and a staunch devotee of shri Lalithamabika. He resolved very complex problems with very simple and easy-to-implement solutions.
Smt Burra Janaki garu had her tutelage from her father for more than thirty years. She works for an educational institution. She believes that learning astrology changes one’s perspective towards life and guides one inward towards the attainment of peace. She has many students across continents who are amazed with her simple yet insightful pedagogy.
Her vision is to witness astrology as a learning subject at school level. She commits herself to this mission by teaching astrology to children between 8-15 years of age for a nominal fee for a duration of one year.
The focus is on mantras and stotras for vak suddi, antha karana suddi and vyaktitiva suddi enabling them to have inner purification and character development along with enhanced communication and concentration.
Sri Devi Jyotishalayam conducts monthly tests and provides scholarship to the ace student (25% reduction in the next month fee).
