I teach ServiceNow Training and have 2 years of experience in training and mentoring students in ServiceNow concepts. My focus is on helping learners develop a strong understanding of the platform while gaining practical knowledge that can be applied to real-world scenarios. I believe that learning a technical platform becomes more effective when students understand not only the concepts but also how they are used in practical situations.

I have completed my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and am also a certified Salesforce Administrator. My technical background and certification have helped me develop a strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms and administration concepts. Along with my formal education, I have gained valuable practical experience by working on multiple hands-on projects, which allows me to bring real-world examples into my training sessions.

I have worked on around 10 hands-on projects covering various Salesforce Administration topics. This project experience has helped me develop practical knowledge of administration concepts and understand how different functionalities can be applied to solve real-world requirements. I use this practical exposure to help students connect theoretical concepts with actual use cases and understand how technical skills can be applied in professional environments.

My teaching methodology is practical, structured, and focused on building strong fundamentals. I plan my lessons systematically and explain concepts step by step before moving towards more advanced topics. I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard to explain important concepts, workflows, processes, and technical topics clearly. Interactive discussions and real-time examples are also an important part of my sessions.

I place strong emphasis on hands-on learning because technical concepts are easier to understand when students get an opportunity to apply them. Wherever appropriate, I use project-based exercises and practical scenarios to help students understand how concepts work in real situations. I guide students through the process, explain the reasoning behind different steps, and encourage them to practise independently so that they can gradually build confidence.

I also customize my teaching approach according to each student's existing knowledge, learning pace, and career goals. Some students may need to start with the fundamentals, while others may already have technical knowledge and require more practical project exposure. I identify these requirements and structure my sessions accordingly, with a balance of conceptual explanations, demonstrations, practical examples, and guided practice.

I conduct my classes online and aim to create an interactive learning environment where students can ask questions and clarify their doubts comfortably. My goal is to help learners develop a solid understanding of ServiceNow concepts, strengthen their practical problem-solving abilities, and gain exposure to real-world applications. Through structured lessons and hands-on learning, I help students build the confidence and technical foundation required to progress in their learning and professional journey.
