Harsha Vardhan

I’m Harsha Vardhan Penugonda a builder, problem solver, and leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and people.

I’m not just about writing code I’m about creating real impact. Whether it’s developing AI-powered automation, leading large-scale projects, or hosting national and global events, I enjoy taking ideas from concept to execution.

What Drives Me?
1. Technology with Purpose I have a strong foundation in Python, Java, SQL, Web Development, and AI-driven solutions, but my focus is on how tech can solve real-world problems. From building a multilingual metro announcement system to a full-stack agricultural equipment rental platform, I enjoy working on projects that make life easier.

2. Project & Business Mindset – As President of VVIT’s Student Council, I led a 120-member team, organized 150+ events, and managed strategic partnerships with businesses. I understand project execution, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring things don’t just get done but get done right.

3. Bridging Tech & People – I’m equally at home developing software and leading teams. I’ve trained 100+ students in software development, Agile methodologies, and product execution, ensuring they don’t just learn but actually apply their skills.

4. Public Speaking & Hosting I’ve been on stage hosting TEDxVVIT, Y20 India, Bharat Blockchain Yatra, and VIVA VVIT in front of 4,000+ people. I don’t just talk I connect with audiences, break down complex topics, and make ideas resonate.
