Hello Everyone, I am karthik gajula working as Mechanical Design Engineer with core qualification as BTech graduate from SNIST (Sreenidhi institute of science and technology) and Master certificate in computer aided tool engineering from CITD (Central institute of tool design INDIA). Worked on projects like, Design and development of Hydraulic equipment, Hydraulic cylinders, presses, jigs and fixtures, automation, GPMS and SPMS. Having good knowledge of sheet-metal designing and related works.

Proficient in various CAD and CAE tools like Autocad, Solidworks, Creo, Catia-V5 and Ansys workbench 19.0. Worked with Cad training institutes like Cad center and Canter cad india pvt ltd in cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore. Trained around 500+ students on CAD Tools and CAE tools.

Having sound knowledge of various Manufacturing processes and procedures.

As an active member in my design team Designed and developed various projects like presses for DTH button pressing. Rubber mould press, various power packs, Quality inspection equipments. Tumbling machines, CNC slotting machines.
