Fitness Bees

As a certified and experienced personal trainer, marathon runner, and owner-operator of multiple gym facilities, I've dedicated my career to the promotion of fitness and wellness. With certifications from Reebok and ACE, I've acquired extensive knowledge and skills to guide individuals towards their health and fitness goals.

Beginning my journey in 2016 with a Reebok Personal Trainer Certification, I swiftly went on to add a Pilates Workshop Certification the same year. Further strengthening my fitness expertise, I gained an ACE Approved Personal Trainer Certification in 2020. My specialties include personalized training programs, pilates, long-distance running coaching from 5K to 22K, and recovery fitness programs for clients with health complications such as knee, back, neck pains, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, and weight loss.

Beyond individual training, I've successfully completed challenging fitness events like the Devil's Circuit, showcasing my personal dedication to fitness. As a testament to my skills, I've been privileged to train numerous celebrities including Malvika Nair, Vamshi, Nandini Reddy, Parasuram, and others from the Telugu silver screen.

Currently, I manage gyms in Shamshabad, Chevella, BTR, and more, receiving positive customer satisfaction responses consistently. Voted as a “Top Instructor,” I'm driven by the belief that fitness is not just a lifestyle but a journey of self-improvement that builds resilience, strength, and confidence.

In my pursuit to empower others on their fitness journey, I am always open to connecting with individuals and organizations that align with my mission to promote health, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
