With a strong academic foundation and diverse professional experience, I have dedicated my career to the fields of social work, research, and education. Holding a Postgraduate degree in Social Work from the Central University of Tamil Nadu, I have further strengthened my academic credentials by qualifying for the UGC-NET in Social Work. My journey in academia includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Don Bosco College, where I mentored students, guided research projects, contributed to syllabus development, and organized impactful academic programs. My research expertise is reflected in my role as a Research Associate at EFLU-Hyderabad, where I contributed to a prestigious ICSSR project analyzing the impact of the NEP 2020 on higher education. Additionally, my experience as a Social Worker at Al-Himaya Charitable Society has deepened my understanding of real-world social issues, bridging the gap between theory and practice. With multiple research publications, national and international seminar presentations, and hands-on involvement in community programs, I bring a dynamic and holistic approach to academia.
