Designed and implemented structured swim programs focusing on survival skills, freestyle, floating, breath control, and body coordination. Trained over 25+ students across two community pools with personalized attention and daily progress tracking through custom progress cards. Developed a tiered certificate system to recognize student milestones and encourage skill-based advancement.
