I come from an IT background and possess above 10 years of experience in serving organizations with multiple roles and sharing responsibilities.  

While pursuing these roles, the most common pursuit was the element of Training.  
Training is always a core part of every process, without which, one cannot dream of the successful implementation of any system and Education is no exception.  

Education is the key to success. It prepares one to be skilled, matured, and accountable, thus paving the way towards achieving the mark of a professional in its respective field.  
Be it a team of professionals in an organization or a group of students, who are resolute to make a mark upon themselves, the rule of thumb stands the same for either of them and that is, to stay focused to achieve your objective and consistently, and devise ways through different learning processes to remain competitive.  

It always gives me a great sense of satisfaction and pleasure in dealing with children and helps them to resolve their problems.   

Providing them with quality education by leveraging their basic understanding of the subject matter and unleashing the working of the underlying process behind a system, leaves a lasting impression of the concept in their mind.
