CLF Fourteen Fitness Studio

In the summer of 2017, CLF 14 was co-founded by three of us, very good friends, who wanted to bring a new culture of fitness to children and adults alike in India and around the world. We, Prathima Koppolu, Avinash Rajapet, and Harsha Dandamudi, wanted to bring a different workout system to India for the first time with the aim of improving a personâ??s physical fitness with exercises that simultaneously work multiple muscle groups at once. Using the rare system of Choy Li Fut Kung Fu (CLF), we decided to bring a never before seen workout series to people who donâ??t have a lot of time in their daily lives, but still want to achieve maximum fitness results. The secret to our success lies in our 14-minute explosion which takes the unique traditional movements of CLF and combines it with various stretching and calisthenics to achieve the most comprehensive workout system which is not only fun, but yields successful body transformations.
