Dr. B.V.N.G.Chandrasekhar, has nearly 2 decades of work experience in the areas of IT, Marketing, HR,
Research, Consulting, Coaching, Mentoring, and Training. He started career as Business Analyst in an IT
firm. He worked as a Chennai Location Head and handled 50 IT Clients for an HR Staffing company.
Academic Associate at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. His Educational
Qualification doctorate in management and holds masters degrees, MBA (Marketing,
Finance & HRM), MA (Economics), MA (Political Science), M.Sc (Maths), MSc (Stats), MSc
(Psychology). He has 10 research papers published in the area of Marketing, Political Marketing. Case
study published in Harvard Journal.
Chandrasekhar conducted various programs on topics like, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills,
Presentation Skills, Interview Skills, Goal Setting, Creativity and Innovation, Problem – Solving for
Engineering Students and for faculty under Faculty Development Program.
He started an organisation Bharat Research and Development Trust in 2006 which works for student
career development and guidance. He travels extensively across Telangana and conducts career
counseling programs to Government School children’s till now 10000+ students directly benefited.
