I have been working as an HRM/Recruiter in a Chartered accounts firm since 2005 and have been teaching math's to students in the early morning/ evening time to children for the last 4 years.
I am more a mentor and organizer of learning experiences and situations, such that my students actively understand, reinvent, and reconstruct everything they learn, than a simple transmitter of readymade and established truths imposed on them from outside while having excellent math skills, analytical thinking, instruction abilities, patience, and communication. Guided students through each topic, helping them solve problems with confidence.
