I am Biradhar Rajashekhar, a personal fitness trainer with 26 years of experience in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Over the years, I have worked with people from different age groups and fitness levels, guiding them toward better strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness through structured and personalized training.

My journey in the fitness industry has been driven by hands-on experience and continuous learning. While I have completed my 2nd PUC, most of my expertise comes from real-world training environments, where I have spent over 15 years working in gyms and closely understanding the science behind effective workouts and body transformation.

I specialize in creating customized workout plans based on individual goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle building, improving stamina, or overall fitness. I believe that every individual is different, and hence, their fitness journey should also be unique and tailored to their needs.

My approach to training focuses strongly on safety, consistency, and proper technique. I ensure that my clients perform exercises correctly to avoid injuries while maximizing results. Along with physical training, I also motivate and guide them to stay disciplined and committed to their routine.
