Banavath Anji Naik

I have been actively involved in teaching MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) students since 2005, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of medical education. Throughout my career, my primary focus has been on imparting comprehensive medical knowledge and skills to aspiring doctors, helping them develop into competent and compassionate healthcare professionals.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching a wide range of medical subjects, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, pathology, and clinical medicine. My teaching approach is grounded in the principles of evidence-based medicine, ensuring that students not only acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge but also develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for clinical practice.

In addition to classroom lectures, I have actively participated in hands-on clinical training, guiding students through patient encounters, case discussions, and practical procedures. I have always emphasized the importance of ethical conduct, communication skills, and empathy in healthcare, instilling in my students a deep understanding of the doctor-patient relationship.

I have also contributed to medical research, encouraging my students to engage in research projects and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field. This approach helps them develop a holistic understanding of medicine and fosters a culture of lifelong learning.

As a dedicated educator, I believe in fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages questions, stimulates curiosity, and nurtures the growth of each student. My goal has always been to inspire and prepare the next generation of medical professionals who are not only academically proficient but also committed to providing quality healthcare with compassion and integrity.

Throughout my teaching career, I have witnessed countless students graduate as competent and compassionate doctors, and it remains a source of pride and fulfillment to know that I have played a role in shaping their medical journey. Teaching MBBS since 2005 has been a rewarding and enriching experience, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the medical education field for years to come.
