🚩 red flag — do not ever join bacentric, Hyderabad!! Please do not blindly trust 4+ star ratings and polished counselling talks. I joined the business analyst offline course after seeing those promises, but my actual experience was completely different. The “Real-time project” promise turned out to be misleading. Instead of genuine industry exposure, repetitive old case studies were given where only user stories and acceptance criteria writing were practiced. The same projects were repeated across batches — mainly authorized service centre project and earlier curryful chef project. In reality, only one main project was practiced and it was finished within just 1–2 days. Amit had already provided most things in advance, including incorrect flowcharts, saying he would review and correct everything later, but no proper review happened before the course ended. There was no real BA team exposure, no guided implementation support, and no practical industry workflow despite all the claims made before enrollment. Important tools and topics promised during enrollment — SQL, Confluence, basic excel, wireframes, power bi, AI tools — were skipped or later called “Optional.” candidates were mostly told to learn them separately from YouTube. Jira exposure was also extremely basic — mainly simple task/story creation in Atlassian Jira. Amit would often come late to sessions, and many classes finished within just 30 mins–1 hour. Sessions remained mostly theory-oriented without practical exposure. Mock interview support was also not as promised. After course completion, only one short telephonic mock interview was conducted with Amit for around 10 minutes with very basic questions. After that, candidates were simply told they were “Market ready” and resumes would now be shared with recruiters. Before payment, shaheen continuously followed up, spoke very convincingly, and gave explanations for negative reviews online. But after full payment, responses became poor. Calls and messages often went unanswered, and there was no proper accountability or student support from either shaheen or Amit. They also promised internship certificate, mock interview preparation, dedicated placement support, and professional resume-building assistance. However, even after waiting several months, I did not receive any meaningful placement opportunity. The resume provided was outdated and not aligned with modern ats standards. The so-called resume-building and mock support did not feel useful for real job applications on naukri or LinkedIn. I honestly thought bacentric was a proper software company with an experienced BA team and strong industry exposure, but till now there is no proper transparency about the actual company structure or team details. Most communication only revolves around payment and enrollment, and throughout the process you mainly deal only with Amit. Another important thing candidates should know: They first take ₹5000 advance payment, which is non-refundable. Then within the first week itself, candidates are pressured to complete the full ₹38,500 payment for the business analyst offline course. Even if installment options are discussed, they ask candidates to clear the entire amount within 7 days. Final advice: Always check newest reviews and low-star reviews before joining any institute. Please keep proper screenshots, chats, promises, and payment proofs safely with you. I genuinely do not want more freshers, non-it candidates, or working professionals to lose their hard-earned money, time, confidence, and career hopes the same way.
