Anthony Mario Raj

I am an AIFF D Licensed Football Coach with experience coaching youth players and developing training programs that focus on technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game. Currently, I have experience working with players at V Sports Academy, where I plan and deliver training sessions, support player development, and prepare teams for competitive matches.

As both a coach and former player, I understand the importance of discipline, teamwork, and creating a positive learning environment. My coaching philosophy is centered on helping players reach their full potential while encouraging confidence, decision-making, and a strong work ethic. I am passionate about developing young footballers and contributing to the long-term success of a club or academy.
