Presentation is more than enough. You can take help of the Microsoft whiteboard or Google jam board which comes handy, and you can use the sticky notes feature in it. Youtube also helps a lot in describing some kinds of chemical reactions or with any flowcharts. You can present videos. There is also a way out to make the task easy if you buy a digital pen tablet and use it daily. The best thing that comes as a saviour is Kami app. Try it.
