I am a dedicated Fitness and Sports Coach with a strong background in competitive sports, athletic development, and physical fitness. As a National-Level Hockey Playerz I have developed a deep understanding of sports performance, functional fitness, customer engagement, and structured coaching.
My coaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving physical performance, enhancing confidence, and helping individuals achieve their fitness and sports goals through personalized and scientifically structured training programs.
I work with children, teenagers, and adults, designing sessions that are safe, engaging, and tailored to each individual's age, ability, and objectives.
